Builders;
We chose Cline Builders after some pretty extensive research in the
construction of modular homes. After our first tour of the models
on their site we knew instantly our search was over; the staff at
Cline’s was more than willing to answer our questions, let us
compare plans, prices, and lenders and re-assured every concern that
we had. (And being first time home owners we had a lot of
questions!) At the same time we were building our home, we
had our second baby so you can imagine the stress we anticipated!
And looking back, the construction of our home was the LEAST
stressful thing we’ve done as a family. David and his
associates made every attempt at keeping us informed and on top of
the progress, so much in fact, that we were able to relax and enjoy
the process. We closed on our land and moved into our home in
5 months…Unbelievable that it was such a fast, effortless process
for us. We felt a part of a family working with Cline’s; they
knew us by our first names, knew our children, made us feel welcome
and at HOME! And now we have our gorgeous home thanks to all
their hard work and dedication. Thank you to David and everyone else that
made our dreams come true…

Dear Home Builders,
My husband and I were considering
building a stick built home in 2008, but after visiting many modular
home sellers, looking at different floor plans, and discussing
differences in modular homes verses stick built homes, we decided
that Cline Builders was right for us. Going through the process of
picking out the different designs that we wanted in a home, the hard
work for our family was over. Working with David and Kyle was too
easy; we never could have imagined building a home and having so
little to do with it. All we had to do was tour the models, pick out
our home, and in no more than 3 months we had it sitting in our
yard! It was the simplest process I could ever imagine going
through, after hearing numerous horror stories about the stress of
building a home.
On top of building a beautiful
home, we met some pretty awesome people. All of our questions or
concerns throughout the process were answered in a timely manner,
reducing worries for our family. In fact, Kyle was so helpful in
making sure that everything was going the right way, when he would
notice that something wasn't exactly the way it should be with the
process, he would have it fixed before we ever knew anything was
wrong. I can't say that everyone would be courteous enough to act in
a professional manner as that.
Thank to David, Kyle and everyone
working with Cline Builders we have been living in our new home for
over a year now and we love every minute of it!

| My husband Tim, and I are now
living in our dream home because of God's blessings and because of Cline
Builders and their representatives, Kyle and Ashley Elliott. We
had looked high and low, far and wide for a house that we liked and at
the same time could afford. We found one a Cline Builders.
Clines has a great variety of houses to choose from. Changes can
be made to the house of your choice to make it your home.
Kyle was always knowledgeable and
supportive, giving advice gained from his experiences which only
enhanced our home. When Kyle wasn't available, Ashley picked up to
do whatever we needed done. They were both always attentive and
very pleasant. Even though they went through the process
regularly, they helped make our turn special. They greeted us with
a smile whether we were happy or complaining. Problems were dealt
with in a professional manner. Tim and I would absolutely
recommend Cline Builders too those seeking a home.

Kyle made
our first home buying experience a very pleasurable one. You
hear about all the headaches and hassles that you have with
